Know the cost before we begin
Changes to fees and other charges will be notified and confirmed in writing. VAT is not payable and disbursements and Home Office fees are not included in the fees.
You will know from the very beginning exactly how much the work is going to cost. We charge competitive fixed fees, agreed in writing in advance of work being carried out.

Initial advice
Book a telephone or video advice session so we can assess your options and explain likely costs.
Agree fees in writing
We confirm the fixed fee (or hourly arrangement) in writing before any work is carried out.
Start with clarity
Where possible we ask for full advance payment, then progress your matter with complete transparency.
Urgent applications
If an application is to be submitted within 7 days of initial instruction an additional fee of £100 may be charged.
Complex or urgent uplift
Complex or urgent matters may attract an uplift. This will be discussed at the initial meeting and agreed in writing.
